The two powerful nations Russia and USA knows this about this conspiracy in advance. Hence, Russians avoided situation by such whistle blower information which later they can say it was just a rumour. USA is probably staying in the conspiracy but taking extra precautions for thier athletics. I'm sure they will test every athletic before return to USA.
Now why this conspiracy??
Spreading ZIKA virus to every country and infect every new born child so the existence of the nation wipes out eventually. These two nations ie Russian and USA are known to this. Lets hope its just a theory, truth can be even more dreadful!!
